Who we are?

MY PREVIEW LLC. provides free and commercial (premium) WordPress themes and plugins.

MY PREVIEW LLC. is a registered corporation in the Republic of Armenia, Yerevan.

This site www.conj.ws and www.conj.support (“the Company”, “we” or “us”) are both owned and operated by MY PREVIEW LLC.

We are the controller responsible for the processing of personal data through the website and CONJ theme usage.

Log files

Our company follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting service’s analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking user’s movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Support forum

We collect information from you when you register an account on our support forum. You will be prompted to select a Username, Email Address, and provide your license key. When choosing a Username, we strongly advise you not to use or include your real name. Usernames cannot be changed or altered in any way.

Your Username and Email Address are stored in the website’s database. Your Email Address is used to send you an email with a link to set your password or to send you an email with a link to reset your password in the event you forget your password.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) is provided to the Gravatar service to see if a profile picture of you is available for display. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here:

You may optionally complete your profile by providing your First name, Last name, Website (URL) and/or Biographical info. These additional details are also saved in the website’s database. You may edit these details, and your Email Address, in your profile at any time.

If you attempt to log in to support forum, our site (WordPress) will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies at all. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Any information you disclose when posting a topic or discussion in our support forum website may become public. You should not include any information in your posting that you do not want other parties to see or use and as a result of this you agree that you will not hold out our Company responsible for any third party’s use of the information contained in such posting.

License keys and automatic updates

Upon registering your license key to receive automatic CONJ theme and PowerPack (companion) plugin updates, the following environment (site) information will be tracked:

  • Site URL
  • CONJ theme version
  • WordPress version
  • PHP version
  • WordPress locale
  • WordPress admin email
  • IP address

You may manually update the CONJ theme in case you do not wish to be tracked by our license key system.

Information disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, prop­erty, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Affiliates referral

In case you visit our website through a link provided by one of our affiliates, a cookie will be added to your browser in order to remember the affiliate. This cookie will remain in your browser for 30 days, or until you delete it.

Payment information

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s privacy policy can be found here:

During the purchase process, we ask for:

  • Email Address: So we can deliver CONJ theme and contact you if needed.
  • Billing Country: For tax purposes.
  • Credit Card Information: To process your payment. This data is sent directly to Paddle, and is never stored on our server or database.

You’re also asked if you’d like to receive email updates and news. If you check this box, your information will be added to our Paddle audience list.

Contact forms

Customers that email us, or use any of the contact forms on our websites, will have their email address, IP address, and any data provided in the contact form or body of the email stored in our database archives and third-party service provider, JetPack. JetPack’s privacy policy can be found here:

Our website’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Children’s information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using our websites. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Our website does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will do our best efforts to remove such information from our records promptly.

Business transfers

If CONJ theme, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that our Company goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that are transferred or acquired by a third party.

Newsletter subscription

All email lists and campaigns are “opt-in” meaning we will not send you these sorts of emails unless you have indicated that you wish to receive them during signup or other interactions on our website.
